LabDeck software and electronics for robots (left hand side of diagram) run the robot's motors, hydraulics and read its various sensors. This means the software and robotic electronics are within LabDeck but the mechanics, motors and hydraulics are provided by the robot manufacturer.

Test instrumentation for various applications (centre of diagram) such as the testing of turbines, airplanes, ships, cars, etc... LabDeck test instrumentation is based on LabDeck data acquisition software and electronic. Simultaneously LabDeck software and electronic drivers will run various test rigs and test devices with power drivers which are able to simulate various situations and conditions.
