LabDeck - Plotter Exercise

LabDeck Plotter Exercise 01
(Open project, Spine interpolation, Node - Points, Table of Channels, Title, Name, Color, Zoom, Range Multiplier, Timebase, Auto Roll . )

Contains:

•  Open Project
•  Make Spline Interpolation
•  Change Curve Color and Deselect Points - Nodes
•  Change Name, Title, Coordinates - Axis, List Curves, Make Offset
•  Set Points - Nodes
•  Zoom
•  Save Project

Please carry out the exercises in order 1,2,3,4 as ordered in this document. Not following the correct order will result in confusion.

Open Project

To open LabDeck File:

Press File => Open => Project

Make PATH: Program Files/LabDeck/Plotter/Examples/Basic

Select File - Basic Examples 01.lpp

A new window will be opened named: Load Project File

Select - Data with Plotter Settings and Select - Remove Previously Loaded Data

Press Button OK

Make Spline Interpolation

Press Math Button => Interpolation => Cubic Spline

A new window will be opened named Math -Cubic Spline

Type 10 in text box for - Number of points

Press OK

Change Curve Color and Deselect Points - Nodes

Press Channels button

A new window will be opened named - Channels Settings ,

In Name (Title) - drop menu Select LDMath1

Select Line Color button

Select Red Color

Then Press OK

Deselect Show Points =>

In Name (Title) - drop menu Select LDMath2

Select Line Color Then Select Blue Color

Press OK (in Color window)

Press OK (in Channels Settings window)

Change Name, Title, Coordinates - Axis, List Curves, Make Offset

Press mini icon at to open Channels window

Selec t XA, YA, YA as in next picture

Click twice on LDMath2 Cell

Type CH01Spline (no spaces between characters in Name)

Type Spline Example (with space between words in Title)

Put Mouse on the line between Title and Color (grip) to Extend the length of Title Cell

Go to

Press at lest 5 times to list curve graphs incrementally

Select Listing

Press at lest 4 times to list curve graphs separately

Deselect Listing

Press several times until all curve graphs are visible

Press Level 2

Type -200 in offset cell

Press Close

Set Points - Nodes

Press Channels

In Name (Title) - drop menu Select CH01Spline

Select Show Points

Select Triangle UP

The Channel Settings window will be:

Press OK

Zoom

Press Left Mouse Button and Simultaneously Select small window (blue window on picture below)

The Graph will be Zoomed

Move Range Multiplier to 6

Move Time Base to 1.6

Press Red Icon  To get Graph without buttons

Press Red Icon To return to normal window with buttons

Press Auto Roll-START

Press Auto Roll- Stop Roll

Save Project

File => Save => Project

Type Basic Examples 02

Press Save button
