Multiple time intervals per function

If you start a process and measure data from 2nd to 5th minutes from start of process and then measure data from 7th to 10th minute then measure from 24th to 39th minute. You now have three curves. You can show this as:
1. Three separate graphs.
2. One graph which will have three curves, one after the other with no gaps between them.
3. One graph with three overlaid curves.
