Open Excel
Steps are:
1. File
2. Open
3. Excel
Press  File => Open => Excel
A new window will be opened named: Excel Mode
4 . Press Open Excel File Button - Loads data from MS Excel Spreadsheet .
MS Excel input values are loaded using Excel Mode dialog box. Select Excel file using Open button.
5. Press Open Button - When you select the file that you want to be loaded press Open and MS Excel application is automatically started. The chosen Excel file will be loaded.

To load the file users are required to:
7. Specify where X axis input data are stored. You can do this in two ways:
- By checking Step option, where you can enter the number of fixed steps between two succeeding X values
- By specifying the start and stop rows and the column where X values are stored. The valid values, for the columns are: A, B, C .... AA, AB......
8. Specify where Y axis input data are stored. It is necessary to specify the start and stop rows and the column where Y values are stored. The valid values, for the columns are: A, B, C .... AA, AB......
9. Press OK - Selected measurements are imported into the Plotter using the OK button. You can see the Progress bar which displays the time required to complete the operation.
